Accommodation, food and events

Penzión4You

From a guesthouse to a hospitality brand: a new identity, a website with two conversion paths, SEO for Levice and content for social media.

For us, this project was never just about a new website.

Penzión4You is a 3-star guesthouse in Levice, Slovakia, combining accommodation, food and spaces for social and corporate events.

Our goal was to build a complete digital brand identity that shows visitors within seconds everything Penzión4You offers, builds trust and naturally guides them towards booking a room, visiting the restaurant or renting a space.

The starting point

A great place. Plenty of services. A digital presence that could not sell them.

Penzión4You had one big advantage.

There was no need to create a new product. The value of the existing one simply had to be communicated better.

Accommodation, a restaurant, breakfast, a daily lunch menu, a terrace, a children's corner and spaces for celebrations, training sessions and other events add up to a complete offer for several different groups of customers.

The original digital presence, however, did not make the most of this range of services.

In our initial analysis we identified mainly:

  • an outdated website
  • a website with little focus on conversion and bookings
  • inconsistent use of the name Penzión For You / 4you / 4 You
  • weak visual links between the individual services
  • underused social media and other online channels
  • untapped local SEO potential
  • competitive advantages that were not communicated
  • a complicated path to information and bookings

The result was a situation where a potential guest could find Penzión4You online, but the digital presentation did not give them a strong enough reason to choose this particular place.

From a guesthouse to a hospitality brand

At the start of the project we asked a simple question: why should a guest stay here? We did not look for the answer only in the rooms. The biggest competitive advantage of Penzión4You is the combination of several services in one place: accommodation, food, relaxation, meetings, celebrations and corporate events.

Instead of presenting the services as separate parts, we created the concept of one place where guests find everything they need under one roof.

We built the digital strategy on three main pillars:

Stay

Comfortable accommodation in Levice.

Taste

Breakfast, the restaurant, the daily menu and food.

Meet & celebrate

Spaces for family celebrations, social events, training sessions and business meetings.

Each part got its own space, but all of them remained part of one brand.

A calm hospitality identity instead of a generic hotel look

We designed the visual direction to feel natural, calm and timeless.

We did not want a sterile hotel website or an overly formal identity.

Penzión4You should feel like a place where you are comfortable even before you physically walk in.

Colour palette

Moss Green #525646

Pine Green #787C68

Ivory #EAEBE8

The dominant base became light ivory and cream surfaces, complemented by muted natural greens and subtle earthy accents.

We used colour deliberately so that the visuals stay light and premium and let the photos of the spaces, rooms and food stand out.

Visual principle

Natural tones. Large photographs.

Space. Calm. Simplicity.

The result is an identity that connects accommodation and food without one part competing visually with the other.

A website that is not an online brochure. It is part of the sales process.

We designed the website around the way people actually decide where to stay. Users do not want to read a long, generic introduction to a guesthouse. They want to know:

  • What does it look like?
  • Where will I sleep?
  • What do I get?
  • Can I eat there?
  • Where can I park?
  • How much does it cost?
  • Are my dates available?
  • How do I book my stay?

That is why we built the information architecture around the real needs of visitors.

Website content

The website introduces, step by step:

  • Penzión4You
  • Accommodation
  • Rooms
  • The restaurant
  • The daily menu
  • Event spaces
  • Gallery
  • Booking
  • Contact

The individual services are linked so that visitors naturally keep exploring.

A guest who came for accommodation discovers the restaurant.

A restaurant visitor may discover the option of hosting a celebration.

A company looking for a training venue also learns that participants can stay overnight.

The website therefore supports cross-selling directly within the user journey.

Every click has a reason

In the UX/UI design we did not focus on aesthetics alone. Every part of the page had a specific job to do.

  1. 01A strong visual first impressionThe opening works with the authentic setting of Penzión4You and immediately conveys the character of the place.
  2. 02Quick orientationUsers do not have to work out what the guesthouse offers. The main services are available straight from the user journey.
  3. 03Visual decision-makingIn hospitality projects, photography is one of the most important sales arguments. So we created room to present the rooms, restaurant, food, terrace, exterior, children's corner and event spaces.
  4. 04CTAs in the right placeBooking is not hidden on a single subpage. Users get the option to take the next step at the moment they have enough information to decide.
  5. 05Mobile-first thinkingA large share of traffic to accommodation and food businesses comes from mobile devices. So we designed the interface to keep information, photos, contact details and booking comfortably accessible on a small screen too.

From "I'm interested" to a booking

One of the most important tasks of the project was simplifying the path to a booking. The website is not just an information showcase. We built the booking logic directly into the user journey.

From the accommodation presentation, visitors can naturally get to a booking without unnecessary searching for contacts or extra steps.

We handled enquiries and bookings for the event spaces separately, because someone looking for a venue for a celebration or a corporate event has completely different needs from a guest booking a room.

The result is two distinct conversion paths, designed around each customer's specific intent.

Fewer generic phrases. More answers to guests' questions.

We did not write copy just so the website would not look empty. We connected copywriting with UX, SEO and the customer's decision-making process. When creating content, we worked with the questions guests care about before booking:

  • What rooms are available?
  • What does a stay include?
  • Is breakfast available?
  • Is there parking?
  • How are the rooms equipped?
  • How does check-in work?
  • What are the payment options?
  • How does cancellation work?
  • Can I get an invoice?
  • Is long-term accommodation possible?
  • Is there a restaurant on site?
  • Can I rent spaces for a celebration or a training session?

Content created this way helps users decide and, at the same time, gives search engines and AI systems better context.

A beautiful website was not enough. It also had to be findable.

SEO was part of the project from the moment we designed the site structure. Instead of adding keywords as an afterthought, we built the information architecture so that each page matches a specific user intent. We worked with a combination of:

  • Brand terms
  • Local terms
  • Transactional terms
  • Service terms
  • Long-tail searches

Main topic clusters (Slovak search terms)

  • ubytovanie Levice
  • penzión Levice
  • hotel Levice
  • ubytovanie v Leviciach
  • Penzión4You Levice
  • Penzión 4 You Levice
  • izby Levice
  • ubytovanie s raňajkami Levice
  • ubytovanie s parkovaním Levice
  • reštaurácia Levice
  • denné menu Levice
  • ubytovanie s reštauráciou Levice
  • priestory na oslavu Levice
  • prenájom priestorov Levice
  • priestory na školenie Levice
  • firemné akcie Levice

Long-tail content then lets us work with more specific questions and search intents as well.

We prepared the content of each page so that it has a clear topical hierarchy.

A website ready not only for Google but for a new way of searching

Search is changing. Users no longer type just simple keywords; more and more often they ask full questions.

That is why we built the content to be easy to interpret not only for classic search engines but also for AI systems. We use:

  • A clear information hierarchy
  • Unambiguous service names
  • Local context
  • FAQ content
  • Natural questions and answers
  • Specific information instead of marketing fluff
  • Links between related topics
  • Consistent brand information

The aim is content that Google and AI systems can understand correctly, classify and use as a relevant source of information.

People don't find hotels only through websites

For accommodation businesses, the customer journey often begins before anyone visits the website itself. Google Search, Google Maps and hotel results are therefore an important part of the digital presence.

Part of the strategy was unifying the online identity of Penzión4You and creating a consistent brand presentation across all digital touchpoints. Key roles are played by:

  • Correct contact details
  • Business category
  • Location
  • Photos
  • Amenities
  • Services
  • Reviews
  • Website link
  • Booking option

The aim is for users to get the same trustworthy information wherever they come across the brand.

From selling rooms to selling an experience

Hospitality marketing cannot be built only on photos of empty rooms. So we built the content around the experience of the visit itself.

The morning begins with breakfast.

The day may continue with exploring Levice.

On returning, the guest has food, the terrace and time to relax waiting.

In the evening, they return to their room.

Social media can show an atmosphere that a list of room amenities could never convey.

Content pillars

Stay

Rooms, comfort, amenities, the stay.

Taste

Meals, breakfast, the daily menu, the restaurant.

Experience

Atmosphere, the terrace, details and moments from a stay.

Celebrate

Celebrations and social events.

Meet

Training sessions, business meetings and event spaces.

Discover Levice

The location and what to do nearby.

We also worked with more dynamic video content and Reels, because in hospitality, movement, atmosphere and real spaces convey the experience far better than a static photo.

We don't sell a room. We sell a reason to stay.

The biggest change was not a new font, colour or button. It was a new way of looking at the whole product.

A guest does not buy a bed for one night.

They buy comfort.

A good morning.

A meal without having to look for another restaurant.

A place to park.

A space to meet family or colleagues.

And the feeling that everything they need is in one place.

This is the value we carried into the digital communication of Penzión4You.

One brand. One digital ecosystem. More reasons to visit.

The result of our collaboration is a modern digital presence that brings together:

  • Strategic brand direction
  • Visual identity
  • Web design
  • UX/UI
  • Web development
  • The booking journey
  • Event enquiries
  • Copywriting
  • SEO
  • Local SEO
  • Content strategy
  • Social media
  • Marketing communication

Today, Penzión4You no longer presents itself online as just a place to spend the night.

It presents itself as a complete destination for accommodation, food, meetings and experiences in Levice.

What we created

  1. 01

An “everything under one roof” strategy

We built the offer on three pillars (Stay, Taste and Meet & Celebrate), each with its own space but forming one brand.

  2. 02

    A calm hospitality identity

Light ivory surfaces, muted natural greens and earthy tones and large photos instead of a sterile hotel look.

  3. 03

A website that is part of sales

Information architecture based on guests' questions, linked services for cross-selling and two separate conversion paths: booking a stay and enquiring about event spaces.

  4. 04

    Copywriting, SEO and AIO

Copy that answers pre-booking questions (parking, breakfast, cancellation, invoices), local search terms for Levice and content readable by AI assistants.

  5. 05

    Social media and print

Content pillars from breakfast to corporate events, Reels and print: drinks menu, breakfast and summer offers.
