Privacy policy

1. Controller

The operator of the website www.revisual.sk and the controller of personal data is ReVisual, s. r. o., with its registered office at Palánok 1, 949 01 Nitra, company ID (IČO): 55939155, tax ID (DIČ): 2122138238, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Nitra, section Sro, file no. 62186/N.

We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data.

2. What data, for what purpose and on what legal basis

Contact form and e-mail communication

When you contact us through the form, by e-mail or by phone, we process the data you provide: your name, e-mail and, where applicable, phone number, company name, website address and the content of your message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a non-binding quote.

  • Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to messages we receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Performance of a contract and accounting

If we enter into a contract, we process the identification and contact details necessary to perform it and to issue accounting documents.

  • Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations, for example under Slovak Act No. 431/2002 Coll. on Accounting and Act No. 222/2004 Coll. on Value Added Tax (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Website analytics

Only if you give consent in the cookie bar do we measure website traffic with Google Analytics 4. Without consent, no analytics cookies are stored. You can find details on the Cookies page.

  • Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

3. Recipients and processors

We do not sell or publish your data. Only providers who deliver the following services for us may have access to it:

  • website hosting (Vercel Inc.),
  • delivery of contact form messages by e-mail (Resend),
  • the controller's e-mail mailbox,
  • website analytics with consent (Google Ireland Limited),
  • accounting services, if a contractual relationship arises.

Some of these providers may also process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer is based on a European Commission adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses.

4. How long we keep data

We process data for the time necessary to handle your enquiry or for the duration of the contractual relationship. Data processed on the basis of consent is kept for a maximum of 5 years or until consent is withdrawn. Accounting documents are kept for the period required by law. Other data is then deleted or anonymised.

5. Your rights

You have the right:

  • to access your personal data and obtain a copy,
  • to have inaccurate data corrected,
  • to erasure, where there is no longer a reason for processing,
  • to restriction of processing,
  • to data portability,
  • to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • to withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it,
  • to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 4826/12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.

You can exercise your rights by e-mail at info@revisual.sk or in writing at our registered office address. We will reply without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest.

6. Security

The website communicates exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Personal data is accessible only to people who need it to handle your request and who have been instructed on how to protect it.
