Timelines
How long does it take?
Depending on scope, delivery takes roughly 3 to 14 weeks. A business website is usually ready in 3 to 6 weeks, an online store in 6 to 14 weeks.

What happens after the project is handed over?
We stay with you. We offer ongoing support, service and care: updates, backups, content edits, analytics and further development. Website maintenance starts at €49 per month.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The initial consultation takes 30 to 60 minutes, comes with no obligation and results in a proposed solution and a recommended approach.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
Revisions are part of every project. We always define their scope clearly in advance in the quote and contract to avoid misunderstandings.
Can I pay in instalments?
For projects over €1,000, payment can be split into a deposit when the contract is signed and the balance on handover. We agree the terms individually.
What most often makes a project take longer?
Most often, waiting for copy, photos and approvals. That is why we sort out materials right at the start and agree on one contact person on your side.
Do we communicate with you directly?
Yes. We deliver projects in-house, and you have one responsible person from the consultation to handover, with no intermediaries.
