A studio that shows the potential of a space before it exists. The original website for real estate agents and a new version with an interactive floor plan and an indicative budget.
Context
RealitySmart started as a 3D interior visualisation service for real estate agencies: professional marketing visualisations that help properties stand out. The offer grew to include interior design, selection of specific products and materials, budgeting and construction documents.
Goal
For the new website, to explain the whole process (design, visualisation, specification, budget, construction documents) so that clients can try it, not just read about it.
What we created

Website for real estate agents
The original realitysmart.eu website with 3D visualisations, a before and after comparison and a simple ordering process.

Interactive floor plan
On the new website, the floor plan turns into a visualisation of the space at a touch.

Mood and budget configurator
Choosing a mood, material and level of finish changes both the visual and the indicative cost estimate.

Lighting scene and before / after
A demo of the lighting design throughout the day and a slider comparing the renovation.
