Need a website fast? When an express website makes sense

The opening is in two weeks. The ad campaign starts on Monday. The new service is ready, only the website people are supposed to land on does not exist yet. At that point the question is not whether you need a website, but what can be done well in the time that is left.
An express website is made for these situations. It does not work by doing a normal project faster, though. It works when the scope is small, the materials are ready and decisions are made quickly. This article will help you judge whether that is your case.
Who an express website suits
- A company launching one service, product or campaign with a fixed date.
- A new business that needs to be findable and have somewhere to send people from Instagram or flyers.
- A business whose current website has stopped working or harms trust and cannot wait for a large redesign.
- An event or seasonal offer with a clear start and end.
What they have in common is that they know what they want to say and need to say it well and on time.
What scope can reasonably be prepared
In a short time, a one-page website or a small business website makes sense, with a few sections: who you are, what you offer, for whom, why people should trust you and how to contact you. Possibly a few subpages, if the content is ready.
What does not belong in an express deadline: an online store, an extensive structure with dozens of pages, complex integrations, multilingual content without finished translations, or creating a whole brand from name to logo. These need a normal project, because they require more decisions, testing and content.
What you need to provide
The speed of an express website rests mainly on the materials. If they are missing, no team can invent them for you in the same time so that they are true and accurate.
Readiness checklist
- Copy, or at least clear points about services, prices and process that we can work up quickly.
- Logo in a vector format (SVG, PDF or AI) and the basic brand colours.
- Photos in high resolution, or approval to use licensed illustrative photos.
- Contact details exactly as they should appear everywhere: address, phone, e-mail, opening hours.
- Access to the domain, hosting and, if relevant, the existing website, Google Business Profile and analytics.
- One person for approvals, who is available during the project and can make decisions.
Why one person for approvals matters
What most often slows an express project down is not design or development, but waiting for a reply. If five people are to comment on a design, each with a different opinion and none with the final say, two days become a week. One person who knows the intent and can decide is a condition for a short deadline, not a recommendation.
What even an express website must include
A short deadline is no reason to skip the basics. Even an express website should have:
- Mobile design. Most visitors from campaigns and social media arrive on a phone.
- Working contact. A form that really sends the message, and a tappable phone number and e-mail.
- Basic SEO. Titles, page descriptions, a heading structure and a technical foundation so that search engines can show you correctly.
- A check before launch. A run-through on mobile and desktop, and a test of the form, links and loading speed.
Express and standard process compared
| Express website | Standard project | |
|---|---|---|
| Scope | One-page or a small business website | Any scope, including an online store and integrations |
| Materials | Prepared in advance | We can create them together (copy, photos, brand) |
| Decisions | Most of them at the first consultation | Gradually, over several rounds |
| Deadline | Confirmed based on capacity and how ready the materials are | According to the schedule in the proposal |
| Right when | You have a fixed date and clear content | You need strategy, more content or more complex features |
What “within 2 working days” means
In our price list the express website is listed as within 2 working days. These are working days, not a continuous 48 hours, so weekends and public holidays do not count.
We confirm an express deadline of two working days individually, based on the scope and available capacity. It starts once the brief is agreed and all the necessary materials and the advance payment have been received. So it is not an automatic guarantee for every project, but a deadline we explicitly agree with you.
If we do not have capacity for the date you need, we will tell you straight away. We only take on an express project when we can do it well.
When we do not recommend an express project
- When it is not yet clear what exactly you offer, to whom and at what price.
- When the logo or name is missing and the brand is still taking shape.
- When you need an online store, custom booking logic or a connection to internal systems.
- When several people decide on the result and they will not be available.
- When the website is your main sales tool and its structure needs rethinking from the ground up.
In these cases it is better to launch a temporary, simple page with contact details and at the same time start a normal custom website project.
What can follow after launch
An express website does not have to be final. We build it so that it can be extended later: with more pages, a blog, language versions, booking or more detailed measurement. After the first few weeks you also have real data about what visitors look for, and decisions are much better based on that than before launch.
You will find the detailed scope, materials and price on the Express website page.

Frequently asked questions
Are 2 working days the same as 48 hours?
No. Working days are counted, weekends and public holidays are not. We confirm an express deadline of two working days individually, based on the scope and available capacity. It starts once the brief is agreed and all the necessary materials and the advance payment have been received.
Can an online store be done express?
No. An online store, an extensive structure or complex integrations need a normal project. An express website can be extended later, though.
